  • Replaced Verification Check Completed and Verification Check Failed with Verification Check Finished (verification_check_finished).
  • Replaced Public Profile Discovery Completed and Public Profile Discovery Failed with Public Profile Discovery Finished (public_profile_discovery_finished).
  • Added the required Run Result setting to both triggers: Completed (default), Failed, or Completed or Failed. It filters webhook delivery and Zap editor test records.
  • Consolidated the corresponding event types to verification.finished and public_profiles.finished. Their optional filters.runStatus accepts completed or failed; omitting it receives both results. The output retains run_status and bounded run metadata.

  • The catalog has 14 triggers and 22 user-facing action choices. Use an action’s Add search step button to find one unambiguous Check, Employee, or Talent record. The Zapier app version remains 1.0.0.
  • Made Find Employee selectable with its optional create-if-missing setting and documented the conditional creation fields. The catalog counts this as one search choice, not an additional create action.
  • Corrected Find Employee to return Jointl’s current visible work record and current company name. employees.get now exposes profile.positionId so a newer ended position is not mistaken for the current active position.
  • Corrected enum and nullable-type formatting in API reference tables.
Zaps using a former Completed or Failed trigger must select its Finished replacement, choose the intended Run Result, and test with a fresh run. Historical events retain their original event types. Completed means the run finished; it does not indicate that a person passed a verification.
